This universal eyebrow pencil becomes warm or cool, light or dark depending on the pH of your skin. Brow Definer is suitable for all skin and hair colors from Swedish Blonde (ja!) to African American Ebony (that's right!). Brow Definer never looks ashy because it goes with your own natural coloring.

United StatesI got this pencil because my old reliable brand seemed to change formulas and I no longer liked it. This is touted as a universal color, so I gave it a shot. The pencil itself is a great formula. It's not too soft, not too hard. Just like I wanted. But the color isn't entirely universal. It is decidedly warm in tone, and unfortunately it doesn't blend in well with my more ash-toned brows.
