Safe Delivery - This is VERY IMPORTANT!

Please be aware - a safe delivery address is of the utmost importance for the safe arrival of your package!

If your package is stolen - we cannot retrieve it for you. We cannot refund you if the Post Office marks it as Delivered.  
If you believe you may not have a safe porch or building, simply request Signature Confirmation. Be safe - not makeupless!

Free Shipping on Domestic Orders over $60!

Domestic Shipments over 3 lb. may be subject to an Overweight Charge. This charge is calculated on actual weight and destination, we do not mark up shipping prices. We will contact you if your package weighs over 3lbs and let you know what the charges will be and you can decide to proceed at that point. 

International Shipments that are over 2 lb. may be subject to an Overweight Charge. We reserve the right to cancel shipments that weigh in more that what is calculated on our site. If this occurs we will reach out to you to see if you want to upgrade shipping or cancel the order.

Packages that contain Flammable items
 and are over 13 oz. must be shipped USPS Parcel Select. Parcel Select is a special designation that allows heavier packages to go by GROUND through the system.  Not all items can go through USPS and may have to go UPS. We will contact you if that is the case.  Please be aware that even though it is going GROUND, these options are not the same price as USPS First Class and usually cost between $8.00 - 15.00.

The USPS website says:

  • First Class "Varies by destination"
  • Priority "6 - 10 business days"
  • Express "3 - 5 business days"

Return Policy

Refused/Returned Packages

If we ship your package and it is refused by you or if you have entered your address incorrectly and it is returned to us - shipping charges will not be refunded.

Lost/Damaged Packages

Please note: MakeUpMania’s team is consistently mindful of every order, from the moment you place it until the minute your package leaves our premises. However, we are unable to control the U.S. Postal Service, which means that there may be unavoidable delays and/or lost packages due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. See below for further information and instructions. Be assured that MakeUpMania takes customer satisfaction very seriously.  

If you package arrives damage, please send us a photo of such damage. Do not throw the item away before photographing it. We will need this to make any claims. 

*If you believe your package was lost in the mail, please contact us right away. Many times the package is returned to us fairly quickly. Our policy is to wait one week from the intended delivery date to see if the package is returned to us. At that point we can enter a claim with the post office. If you live in an apartment complex - please check with the building manager or office, often we have found the package has ended up there. Packages that are marked as Delivered by the USPS cannot be refunded or reshipped. Please make sure your address is correct and also SAFE. If you feel your package may be at risk of theft or tampering, please ask for Delivery Confirmation.

Please note: There is a 15% restocking fee on all bulk and special orders that are returned.


Shipping and Stock Levels

Most orders ship within 24-48 business hours.  However, we do not guarantee stock levels when ordering.  We strive to have a 100% in- stock inventory but it is impossible to predict internet sales.  If we do not have your item in stock, we will email you to let you know there may be a delay.   Since we order from our manufacturers almost daily, items are usually back in stock with in a day or two.  Feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding inventory at any time. 


Ben Nye and Grey Market Sales

Ben Nye has requested that we are diligent in not selling any Ben Nye products to anyone who is reselling their products without being an Authorized Ben Nye Dealer. Not only does Grey Market Sales hurt the reputation of the manufacturer, but it is not good for the consumer either. Grey Market makeup products could be sold by someone who is storing or treating makeup products in an unsafe or unsanitary way.

We have agreed to Ben Nye’s request to by watchful for the type of transactions that shows someone reselling their products. Please limit your purchases of Ben Nye products to a maximum of three per item. If you would like to order more – please email us and let us know why you are ordering in quantity.

We can not ship any Kryolan products outside of North America.    

Kryolan is a Distributor Protected Brand. This means that the distributors and the people they sell to within that country have all selling rights within the country they have the distributorship for. Most countries have a Kryolan Distributor. If you cannot find Kryolan in your country please find your country's Kryolan Distributor by going here:

Fraud & Security Alerts


Spam emails saying your package was delivered going out to public. The USPS has alerted the community through their site that spam emails are going out to people saying their package was delivered.

PLEASE - only use the tracking info sent from to track your package from us or contact us to track your package for you.

Credit Card Fraud Detection Enhanced on

We have recently added a strong fraud detection suite to our credit card processing and it has much more robust filters than we previously used. With the rise of internet fraud becoming more and more prevalent and especially during the holidays, we have found it necessary to be very vigilant in the cards being processed through our site.

We realize that our customers do have reasons to have different billing and shipping - but we do suggest the best practice is to have the order shipped to the billing address to avoid a potential delay or decline of your transaction.

If you do need your package shipped to another address, please contact customer service, we may request additional information from the credit card holder in order to process the order.
