I was first interested in this as I think this is the Palladio Rice Powder. However, I was very disappointed when I receive this. Firstly, this is not a face powder at all. Chinese people in the 80's use this as face powder, but NOT NOWADAYS!!! This is just cakey and too white and not looking good to use on face. Few Chinese use this to clean tap stains nowadays. Secondly, this is not even a rice powder, it is not good to skin. Overall, I am very unhappy that I brought this.
