I purchased six of these eight months ago and have given them a workout. By far the best I've used and you can't beat the price. I'm almost 50 y/o and highly recommend these for my age group.

I own the Ben Nye Cake Eyeliner, so I decided to try these since there were so many colors and cheaper. I didn't like the quality at all. The La Femme sealer doesn't work well either. It doesn't lock in product or seal anything. Definitely try the Ben Nye brand!!

I am 59 too and cake eyeliner is hard to find...my color is even harder to find...just brown....not black/brown, or dark brown....just plain brown!....
This eyeliner is as I remember it back in the 'old days'...but it seems to blend even better than the 'old' stuff....
Love this product and Love Makeup Mania...so glad I found you on the net....

I have used about 15 of these clors and for the most part love them....the iridescent colors are harder to blend...I will keep using them!!!

I'm 59 yrs. old & don't wish to break my eyeliner habit, but almost had to because I could not FIND decent cake eyeliner ANYWHERE. Then along came Makeup Mania, and all these CHOICES! It's true that different colors behave differently when you get to the business of putting your wet brush in there & making it "eyeliner." I use dark brown, black, copper, navy, and gray, & they all behave wonderfully well. THANKS for this stuff - I have like a dozen in case you ever discontinue them!!

I had purchased the black and white cake eyeliners. The black one works just fine but the white one did not work at all. It seems like the cake eye liner sealer did not even budge the product. I would not recommend buying white. Even with the black cake eyeliner, it's very chalky as it dries and no this product is definitely not water proof or water resistant for that matter. I'd still prefer my MAC fluid liner.

I am very happy with this purchase. The cakes are a good size, blendable, rich and your lines will have staying power. The price can't be beat.
