La Femme - Creamy Cake Eyeliner

Creamy Cake Eyeliner still is a hard cake that needs to be mixed with water to work - but “creamy” means is has a higher glycerin content than La Femme’s Matte Eye Liner line. It dries less matte - more crisp - better for a slick, defined eyeline. Use with La Femme’s Cake Eyeliner Sealer instead of water for a longer lasting line.
