Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by MakeUpMania. Returns may not be used, opened or damaged. Some items such as wigs and custom orders are not returnable. Many of our makeup products and supplies are not returnable, due to the specialized quality of many of our vendors. If you would like to test a product first - many times samples are available - or call us - we are happy to help to find the right product for your needs!!!
Please be aware that for special orders, custom orders or rush orders, there may be a 5% restocking fee.
Unless we have mis-shipped or made a mistake in the order - shipping fees are not refundable.
