Make Up Mania Newsletters
Volume 1, Number 2 - October
5, 1998
Hey All You Make Up Maniacs-
More news, reviews and limited
engagements for the Week of October 5th 1998
The big NEWS of the week is
"Vanna in the Valley". The very talented Vanessa Dionne Browning who has
been doing our Star Interviews of the Month has come on board as a columnist
for Make Up Mania. She will continue to Interview celebrity Make Up Artists,
along with Salon Owners, Hair Stylists and Stars (in our view) from inside
the industry. Look for her debut Monday October 5th. The Star Interview
of the Month is sagacious SPFX artist Karen J. Westerfield. Laden with
Emmy's and wisdom from Star Trek (Next Generation to Deep Space Nine)
she should have lots of tips for you aspiring artists!
The Fudge Hair Care Line has
hit Make Up Mania with a colorful fdrenzy. As true Make Up Maniacs ourselves,
we ran into our bathrooms dying to be dyed by the new Paintbox Color Line
by Fudge. See Ben with his Purple Haze "do" on our Daily Updates. I am
in Hot Chili stripes and Ian is going something... if we can ever catch
him, that blond hair is soooo tempting!!!! Ever so willing to go to any
lengths to review our products, our office has gone quite striking - but
seriously, the color really penetrates light or better yet, previously
bleached hair. The colors are too hip to not love and the lasting power
in unbelievable. And since it is a vegetable dye versus a metallic dye,
it doesn't come out for up to 20 washings and it's actually good for your
hair. Very FUN. You must TRY THE DYE!!!
What a wonderful way to keep
your cosmetics organized than to carry them in these one of a kind Walker
Bag. To celebrate Fudge coming on to Make Up Mania, we are offering these
wonderful bags for a cool 25% off (they will match your hair!!) - this
week only for a limited engagement, to mailing list customers Only - supplies
limited. Please mention you are a mailing list customer when ordering
and the 25% will be taken off the invoice on this side. Discount will
be reflected on your mailed invoice.
That's this week, maniacs!
Keep happy, Eva Marie
