Hello Make Up Maniacs! With all the cool weather we have been having in LA it is hard to believe it's the end of May? What gives?
First of all we would like

Our mothers who entered are so great - they are mothers who love make

Palladio is here. What is Palladio? Well - you probably have some in your
make up collection or your kit now and don't even know. Palladio is The
Original Rice Paper Company.
This company has been importing rice powder into the U.S. for years and now they have a line behind the line. We have added a beige tone paper, rice powder & Shine Off real Oil Blotting Papers. Also the series has very great eyeliners - liquids with brush applicators in gold, aqua and purple. Beautiful eye pencils, corrector pens and more.
Attention Lissee lovers - Lissee may be discontinued but the spirit lives on. The original prescient creator of Lissee is creating once again - and this time he has upgraded through the use of rice powder. Now a dual finish you love with all the wonderful attributes of Lissee, but with a finer finish - softened with Rice Powder - brilliant! All to debut on MUM May 26th!

Aromatherapy - it's a life style. No longer is it considered a novel idea
or newsbreaking, but aromatherapy is in our lives for good. But come to
think of it - it always has been, hasn't it? I mean haven't you had some
of the strongest memories evoked from your childhood because of a fragrance.
Walking in the mountains relaxes us, uplifts and heightens our conscious.
Fresh air aside - there are a lot of smells out there! Smells that have
affected the human race for millenniums. In the new National Geographic,
the T-REX "Sue" (the largest T-Rex ever found - 90% complete) has been
imaged with MRI and she had gigantic nasal passages. She smelled her way
through life. What does this have to do with Make Up? Well, I think we
smell our way through life too -with subtle and strong influences all
day. One of the best things about our shop is walking around and accidently
smelling all of the different things we have on the shelves. Near the
brushes it's the new Natural Essences Aromatherapy Air Fresheners. (Arriving
on our site on Caty's Floor May 25th.) Futher back by the Make Up Station
the frangrances of Shoyeido's Incense mingle with the Aroma Natural Candles.
I want more Smelly Stuff!!! I love it don't you think we should make
a whole aisle from front to back that smells great and different every
five feet? I do. New Project!!!!
REVIEWS
Our revolutionary custom palette program is going great guns. The freedom
of creating your own palette is here. Only thiry dollars and when the
palettes they go out are truly beautiful. I love looking at them just
before we pack them up to send. Each one of you is so creative. This simple
yet mind- and time-saving palette theory has been around for years - but
we have decided to let you choose the colors. It's really quite simple.
You choose what palette you want and then you order the colors you want
. The palettes are $15.00 for a ten pan palette and $20.00 for the fifteen
pan palettes. The pans are only $1.50 thru $1.60 each we send them put-together
for you and you can choose to leave them in the tight spongy material
that holds the pans or glue them in for a more permanent accessory.
