of our orders ship from our Denver warehouse -
but sometimes we find we need
to ship from one of our other locations in NYC or LA.
We ship both USPS and UPS.
If you have a preference please note it in the the Customer Comment area.
USPS First Class shipping from Denver is approximately Five Days to the East Coast.
Three Days to the West Coast and the Midwest.
Two Days to Texas and New
Mexico, and One Day within Colorado.
Our shipping prices are for 2lbs within
the Continental United States.
Alaska and Hawaii are automatically shipped
USPS Priority Mail, unless the customer notifies us
they would like it sooner
and pays expedited charges. (It is $28.00 for UPS Two Day to Hawaii).
Overweight
packages such as blood, airbrushes, mold making compounds etc.,
may incur
an overweight charge - especially for expedited delivery.

have a cute little boutique in the Lower East Side of Manhattan,
affectionately
known as "The Makeup Trailer".
Until May 15th the store hours are Tuesday
and Friday 3pm - 7pm and Saturdays 12 - 7 pm.
Our hours will be expanding
after May15th.
Not all items online are available at The Makeup Trailer,
you
may want to give a call if you are heading down for something special.
Any
online item may be sent to the store for pickup.
We offer Custom Special FX
and Custom Props services through Rogue Planet FX in Burbank, CA.
This location
does not have any retail capabilities.

returns must be authorized by MakeUpMania.
Our inventory is highly specialized
and many things can not be resold or returned to the manufacturer.
No monies
will be refunded on products that are opened, used or damaged.
Certain items,
such as wigs and custom orders, are not returnable.
Some items may incur a
5% restocking fee.
Shipping Fees are not refundable.
