Orders are shipped usually within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
Custom Palettes may take up to 5 days.
Custom Orders vary - dependiing on what we are sourcing for you.
However, with the specialized inventory
we carry and the nature of internet sales,
some items may be out of stock
or on backorder.
If your order cannot be processed right away, we will email
you or call you
to let you know when you order will be shipped.
It is
a good idea to use a really good contact number when you order and Express or rush delivery.

of our orders ship from our Denver warehouse -
but sometimes we find we need
to ship from one of our other locations in NYC or LA.
Flammable items such as temporary tattoo color, alcohol based products, some adhesives and removers are flamamble.
These items may not be shipped air. We will contact you regarding this if it changes the shipping method and/or cost.
Shipping prices are based on 1lb. Shipmets over 1 lb arge may be needed to ship your package.
We will contact you in such an event.
We ship USPS.
We can ship UPS. It may be more than our posted shipping rate.
If you have this preference please note it in the the Customer Comment area.
USPS First Class shipping from Denver is approximately Five Days to the East Coast.
Three Days to the West Coast and the Midwest.
Two Days to Texas and New
Mexico, and One Day within Colorado.
Our shipping prices are for 13 oz. within
the Continental United States.
Alaska and Hawaii are automatically shipped
USPS Priority Mail, unless the customer notifies us
they would like it sooner
and pays expedited charges. (It is $28.00 for UPS Two Day to Hawaii).
Overweight
packages such as blood, airbrushes, mold making compounds etc.,
may incur
an overweight charge - especially for expedited delivery.

All
returns must be authorized by MakeUpMania.
Our inventory is highly specialized
and many things can not be resold or returned to the manufacturer.
No monies
will be refunded on products that are opened, used or damaged.
Certain items,
such as wigs and custom orders, are not returnable.
Some items may incur a
5% restocking fee.
Shipping Fees are not refundable.
