High percentage pigmentation,
full to light coverage, no mineral oil, easy-spreading with a dry
sponge (see Erin's Accessories
Counter). Use moisturizer or make up extender to achieve
desired coverage. Works clean.
RCMA Color Process Foundations
were developed by Vincent Kehoe - a Hollywood Make Up Artist who
created make up that worked. He thought that no tone was ever "in
fashion".
